Job Requirements:

* 4+ years of experience in Program management
* Experience in shipping multiple services
* Prior experience with security persona workflows (for investigation, threat hunting and incident response)
* Strong technical problem-solving skills
* Passionate customer advocate
* Relentless drive for results
* Excellent written & oral communication and project management skills
* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the Microsoft Cloud Background Check. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

The Microsoft Security and Compliance team is looking for a strong, motivated, independent and energetic Senior PM to drive the next wave of security innovation in our service. You'll not only contribute daily towards enhancing one of the largest Cloud services in the world, you will also be exposed to advanced threat protection, filtering and threat hunting technologies that back our core value offerings around anti-malware, anti-phishing and anti-spam. There are key innovations happening in this space that combine machine learning backed security intelligence, to surface rich threat hunting investigation and response workflows and experiences for M365 security personas (security admins and security operations). These are critical for our enterprise customers to contain and mitigate zero-day threats based on signals from the Microsoft Security Intelligence graph and strong protection and detection technologies like detonation/sandboxing. You will channel customer engagement to define core customer value, ensure our growth and adoption targets are met, and help bring feedback back to the team to drive further refinement and innovation. The ideal candidate will be an experienced PM with a strong track record of shipping services and a proven ability to take a growth-mindset towards customer, partner and engineering engagement with the goal of hitting our business and engineering objectives.
