Job Description

Radiance is searching for Senior Program Analysts to support the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G-3/5/7 Divisions and assist with coordinating requirement-related actions IAW Army regulations.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Gather and compile data; prepare, format and present complete background material and supporting documentation
* Facilitate open communications
* Participate in meetings and provide support in the preparation, development and formatting of, but not limited to, briefings, presentations, "read-ahead", etc.
* Assist the Government to manage official correspondence with internal and external stakeholders and provide weekly/monthly input
* Draft correspondence/reports, research and information papers
* Coordinate meetings, working groups and VTCs

Desired Qualification

* 10 years military or related experience in Technical Exploitation
* 5 years science or technology related experience
* Ability to express ideas and recommendations accurately, clearly, and concisely in both verbal and written communication
* Strong technical writing skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Required Skills

* Active TS/SCI clearance
* Bachelor's degree

Required Experience

* 3 years HQDA G-3/5/7 related experience
