JOB TITLE: Senior Management Analyst

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Exercise Planner Lead for the Armys premiere cyber range by providing exercise planning, management and exercise conduct expertise to the Cybertropolis Technology Environment Platform as it continues to provide interagency and joint level exercise opportunities.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Researching and analyzing Cyberspace/EW/IO concept plans and developing written recommendations on cyber-related areas including intelligence support to cyber operations, Defense Cyberspace Operations (DCO), creating effects in cyberspace, Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO), DOD Information Network Operations (DODIN Ops), Cyber Situational Awareness, universal IT architecture, cloud computing, mobile, mobile computing, analytic tools, Active Cyber Defense, Cyber Command and Control, and Cyber Security issues to senior-level decision makers.

Provide expertise on the integration of Cyberspace with Information Operations and information-related capabilities; and, interface with DOD and Joint Staff to ensure Army cyber policy is in compliance with DOD and Joint policy.

Independently investigate and provide written analysis on emerging technologies and the convergence of technologies and capabilities and its effect on cyberspace.

Analyze, assess, and provide oral and written input when requested on potential impacts of emerging strategic and operational guidance, plans, and programs on Army cyber concepts, doctrine, and policy in response to Congress, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Army Staff, Army Organizations, other Services, government agencies and industry.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have: One or the Other --

1.Graduate Degree and 10 years military experience

2. Bachelors degree and 15 years military experience

3. Bachelors degree and 5 years HQDA G-3/5/7 or HQDA G-8 FD PWS task related experience

* Must have a TOP SECRET/SCI or be eligible for an interim TOP SECRET clearance within 30 days of hire.
* Must be familiar with Army and DoD Test and Evaluation process.
* Skills required include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products to include but not limited to Word, Excel, Adobe, Power Point and Exchange.
* Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data in order to present clear and precise recommendations.
* Must be able to clearly articulate analysis through both oral and written communication
* Must have a TOP SECRET/SCI or be eligible for an interim TOP SECRET clearance within 30 days of hire.
* May required travel within the CONUS.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

* Possess a Masters degree and have over 5 years experience in related field.
* CISSP or related Cyber Security certifications.
* Army experience with HQDA staff time preferred.
