Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Development this role will support the product lifecycle from development through to production by ensuring a clear and seamless execution of styles for the brand. This role will manage PLM input/output, daily communication with overseas partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product accuracy and adherence to calendar for all women's product categories.

Responsibilities:

* Ensuring timely execution of key design milestones from concept through final buy meeting
* Requesting, reporting and negotiating T&A's for all programs reporting concerns to manager
* Management of T&A for off-calendar collections or seasonal open issues & reporting back to CFT
* Monitoring calendar deadlines and keeping CFT's on time with development and deliverables
* Working closely with production to alert them of booking dates and to help consolidate bulk PO due dates
* Maintaining daily communication with domestic factories and CFT's to meet calendar deadlines
* Ordering & tracking samples: proto, SMS, wear trials, and PP samples
* Reviewing & analyzing TPs including BOM to ensure RM's have been ordered & that factory instructions are clear
* Management of updating/maintaining web-based library (PLM)
* Participate in the fit process by providing a fit priority list to Tech Team based on deadlines
* Oversee garment testing (including trim on the garment) if necessary
* Manage, analyze, update and review Development WIPs for sample development
* Solve and/or escalate issues address by vendors
* Maintaining charts with accuracy in Excel daily with cross functional teams and vendors
* Working with Raw Material team to ensure factories have all materials for samples in development season
* Requesting & maintaining cost sheet breakdowns in partnership with partners overseas from early development through PO issuance
* Reviewing cost breakdowns and highlighting errors/questions
* Negotiating costing as necessary and developing strategies to meet/exceed margin requirement while maintaining design aesthetic.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or relevant experience
* 4-5 yrs of experience in product development or production
* Previous experience in bras is required, previous experience in apparel is preferred
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and constantly meet deadline demands
* Detailed oriented, organized & excellent communicator
* Excellent analytical skills, detail oriented, quick and timely in approach to work goals
