Job Description

DUTIES:

RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING PLATFORM SOLUTIONS TO EXPERIMENTATIONTEAMS ON BOTH WEB AND CLOUD SERVICE PLATFORMS. PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR VARIETY OF CONTENTDELIVERY/EXPERIMENTATION PLATFORM BASED ON UNDERSTANDING OF MODERN WEB APPLICATIONSARCHITECT, LINUX SYSTEMS, SQL, NODE JS, JAVASCRIPT AND HTML/CSS PROGRAMMING. RESPONSIBLE FORSYSTEM DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE, INTEGRATION AND MANAGEMENT OF SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, WHICHINCLUDE FEATURE FLAGGING AND IMPLEMENTING TRACKING FOR RELEASES OF NEW FEATURES. RESPONSIBLEFOR WRITING CODE THROUGH PRODUCTION BASED ON TECHNOLOGY EFFORTS. DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENTSOLUTIONS THAT OPERATE AT SCALE WHICH INCLUDES EXPERIENCE AND PROFICIENCY WITH DISTRIBUTEDVERSION CONTROL INTERNALS (GIT) WITH CONTAINER MANAGEMENT AND MICRO-SERVICES ARCHITECTURESSUCH AS DOCKER. DIRECTLY IMPROVE THE RELIABILITY OF ATLASSIAN'S PRODUCTS. IMPROVE SOFTWAREPRODUCTS TO DELIVER RELIABLE EXPERIENCE TO CUSTOMERS. OWN DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS FROM PLANNINGTO DELIVERY TO REALIZATION. COLLABORATE WITH VARIOUS DEVELOPMENT TEAMS TO REVIEW CODE. ATTENDWORKSHOPS/TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES TO STAY ATOP TECHNOLOGY TRENDS.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

MASTER'S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE OR RELATED FIELD OF STUDY PLUS TWO (2) YEARS OF INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN SYSTEM DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE, DISTRIBUTED VERSION CONTROL INTERNALS (GIT) WITH CONTAINER MANAGEMENT TO SUPPORT MICRO-SERVICES ARCHITECTURES SUCH AS DOCKER AND INCLUDING FULL-STACK ENGINEERING SKILLS BASED ON RELATIONAL DATABASES (SQL) AND NON-RELATIONAL DATABASES (NOSQL), JAVASCRIPT, NODE JS, JAVA PROGRAMMING AND HTML/CSS.

ALTERNATE REQUIREMENTS:

BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE OR RELATED FIELD OF STUDY PLUS FIVE (5) YEARS OF INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN SYSTEM DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE, DISTRIBUTED VERSION CONTROL INTERNALS (GIT) WITH CONTAINER MANAGEMENT TO SUPPORT MICRO-SERVICES ARCHITECTURES SUCH AS DOCKER AND INCLUDING FULL-STACK ENGINEERING SKILLS BASED ON RELATIONAL DATABASES (SQL) AND NON-RELATIONAL DATABASES (NOSQL), JAVASCRIPT, NODE JS, JAVA PROGRAMMING AND HTML/CSS.
