Sr. .Net Developer - Software Engineer - Financial Services - Multiple Positions Available

This is a full time position with our in-house developers - no contract - not H1BVisa eligible and we are seeking candidates in the Chicago commutable area.

WORK LOCATION: Chicago, IL, 440 N.Wells (Hubbard and Wells)

SUMMARY:

Our senior role is ideal for a highly motivated developer that thrives in a fast-paced, informal, ego-less environment with constant change. Strong technical skills are a must as you will be required to set the bar of excellence high; however, we are also looking for a developer with a great sense of humor and a positive attitude.

Sr. .Net Developer - Software Engineer - Financial Services - Multiple Positions Available

KEY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

* Bachelor's Degree required.
* Perform programming tasks using Object Oriented Programming Language necessary.
* Languages necessary are: VB.NET, C#, .NET with 5 plus years of experience.
* Perform programming task in WinForms with 5 plus years of experience.
* Perform programming tasks using SQL (Preferred experience would be 5+ years).
* Prior work related experience with Accounting and/or Finance preferred with 3 plus years of experience.
* Proven success using process oriented skills necessary.
* Proven work ability to demonstrate a rational and organized approach to completing tasks, producing required documentation and reporting project status.
* Success working in a team environment is critical.
* Excellent communications skills required (verbal & written); communicate with project lead, business system analyst, quality analyst, and team members.
* Demonstrate ability to exercise independent judgment and the ability to take initiative and creatively solve complex problems.
* Confident self-starter that is able to take a project through the development life cycle to completion.
* Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and even better - that you love the fast pace!
