RumbleOn is seeking a skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our talented and growing IT Team and work on site at our office in the Dallas, TX area. Your primary responsibility will be building .NET applications. You will be responsible for the design and development of these layers as well as coordinating with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
* Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
* Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
* Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
* Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

* Must be able to start within 3 weeks of hire date- for this reason we will not be able to sponsor visa transfers for this role.

Requirements

* Minimum of 8 years experience in software design and development
* Expert knowledge of .NET web framework
* Proficient in API Development, Asp.Net, and C#
* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
* HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3 coding skills
* Previous integration experience with JSON(P) and restful based services.
* Strong command of web standards, CSS-based design, cross-browser/ device compatibility (including supporting browsers as old as IE8).
* Very Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work well solo and in a team.
* Experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
* Familiarity with .NET Core 2.0 and microservices architecture.
* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools GitHub.
* Skill for writing reusable libraries and clean readable, and easily maintainable code
* Strong work history with and understanding of Microsoft SQL Server DB.
* Experience with popular web application frameworks
* Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
* Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
