Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior .Net/C# Developer for a long term contracting position located in Washington, DC. US Citizens only.

We are looking for a Sr. Applications Developer to work closely with Technical Leads, Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts to develop, test, maintain and debug .NET C# applications. The candidate must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of .NET/C#, Entity Framework and SQL Server. Knowledge of relational database design, T-SQL stored procedures, object-oriented programming, design patterns, structured application development methodology, test-driven development and deployment strategies are highly desirable. The successful candidate is self-motivated, has strong analytical skills, possesses the ability to learn quickly and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills:

* Extensive experience developing with .NET and C#
* Strong design patterns including IoC/DI
* Strong knowledge of SQL Server / T-SQL
* Experience with Team Foundation Server and/or Git
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong organizational and coordination skills
* Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodology is highly desirable
