JOB PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for managing the planning of all portfolio demand that impacts enterprise supported Value Based Care (VBC); understanding customer needs, project estimation / workload analysis, and translating to a roadmap for project delivery teams across portfolios; accounting for resource management/engagement, working with IT, EPMO, and ENS Portfolio Delivery leads and collaborating with other teams across the enterprise to ensure full assessment of project impacts are considered. This role leads the planning area of Enterprise Network Solutions Delivery. This is an enterprise team that enables Fee For Value programs in collaboration with our Lines of Business and five States to further VBC strategic objectives of our organization. As the enterprise business planning lead for VBC, you will also be working in close collaboration with those stakeholders and IT. You will manage the multiyear roadmap for the enterprise VBC platform and participate in the project funnel through the intake process. You will also engage as a lead and subject matter expert on enablement of the strategic vision of VBC, simultaneously planning for the numerous FFV efforts that comprise it.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor degree and 4 years of business and system analysis and/or reporting experience OR 8 years of experience in business and system analysis and/or reporting.
* Management experience.
* Experience with Intake Methodologies.
* Experience managing and developing expert teams.
* Organization and time management skills, with experience working under pressure and adhering to deadlines.
* Technical, analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Facilitation skills.
* Experience in negotiations, influence others and managing conflict.
* PC proficiency with Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word and Power Point.

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

* Complex large-scale project experience.
* Health insurance industry experience.
* Claim processing within a payer experience.
* Value Based Care / Fee For Value experience.
* Master degree or 10 years consultancy experience.
