JOB PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for coordinating business and IT partners to deliver technical assets and business processes to enable enterprise Value Based Care (VBC) solutions. Serving as the business delivery lead between the key stakeholders to ensure quality business and technical solutions are defined, designed, and delivered to meet stakeholder needs. Supporting across the entire software delivery life cycle along with critical production and/or system change requests to deliver on enterprise VBC initiatives. Driving negotiation and communication as needed. This role leads the delivery area of Enterprise Network Solutions Delivery. This is an enterprise team that enables Fee For Value programs in collaboration with our Lines of Business and five States to further VBC strategic objectives of our organization. As the enterprise business delivery lead for VBC, you will be working in close collaboration with those stakeholders and IT. You will manage delivery of the four major releases each year along with the multiyear roadmap for the enterprise VBC platform. You will also engage as a lead and subject matter expert on enablement of the strategic vision of VBC, simultaneously consulting on the numerous FFV efforts that comprise it.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor degree with 4 years of project management experience OR 8 years of project management experience.
* Knowledge of business strategies and how they impact Enterprise goals.
* Experience managing tactical plans across business and technical teams and understanding of the strategy, its importance, and business objectives.
* Experience defining customer requirements and participate in the creation of user stories.
* Experience with project delivery (e.g., SDLC, Agile scrum and XP methodologies, etc.)
* Experience with service request and defect management tools (CASD, ALM, JIRA)
* Knowledge of application with extensive understanding of operational workflow
* Experience with Project Management Methodologies.
* Experience managing and developing expert teams.
* Management experience.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Facilitation skills.
* Experience in negotiations, influencing others and managing conflict.
* PC proficiency with Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word and Power Point.

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

* Complex large-scale project experience.
* Health insurance industry experience.
* Claim processing within a payer experience.
* Value Based Care / Fee For Value experience.
* Master degree or 10 years consultancy experience.
