Purpose of Position-

The enterprise has an infrastructure that is comprised of a variety of core systems, platforms and technologies. The Sr. Manager will oversee the Architects and Engineers responsible to monitors, update and maintains all core systems along with managing infrastructure components for all project requests in a timely and efficient manner. The Sr Manager may provide leadership and mentoring to more junior staff and project team members.

What You'll Be Working On-

* Oversees and provides system engineering and architecture specifications
* Leads, manages, administers and maintains hardware and software
* Leads, manages or participates in key organizational IT infrastructure initiatives
* Leads, mentors, and coaches IT Engineers in making appropriate technical decisions
* Manages IT vendors to ensure timely and excellence delivery of services
* Oversees and develops project scope definition and implementation plans to maximize allocation of resources, ensure timeliness of delivery and optimize technology solutions
* Provide expertise and guidance to design and establish system performance qualities such as availability, scalability, recoverability, reliability, and security
* Implement and/or enhance disaster recovery, information security and control structures
* Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
* Provides effective project control by monitoring progress and providing appropriate updates to senior management
* Develops and implements methodologies, policies and procedures to ensure that systems are in compliance with and consistent with Dunkin' Brands SDLC standards and best practices
* Ensures that that processes and documentation are adequate and effective to meet specifications and audit requirements
* Oversees IT vendors to ensure timely and excellence delivery of services
* Meet/Exceed established service level agreements; serve as the escalation point for critical issues, measure the effectiveness of the IT Infrastructure team
* Assist with preparing an annual IT budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action
* Monitors customer satisfaction levels and maintain efficient and cost-effective services
* Maintains productive relationships with business and IT colleagues
* Promotes and executes Dunkin' Brand's IT vision

What You'll Need-

* Bachelor's degree with concentration in IT or business equivalent
* Minimum of 10 years' progressive, relevant IT experience
* Minimum of 3 years' experience designing/implementing/managing Cloud infrastructure (i.e AWS, Azure, etc)
* Minimum of 6 years' experience architecting/engineering/implementing large-scale Microsoft infrastructure solutions
* Minimum of 6 years' experience in servers' hardware in an enterprise environment (i.e. Cisco UCS hardware, HP Servers, Dell Servers, etc.)
* Minimum of 6 years' experience in design/implementing/managing enterprise storage infrastructure (i.e. EMC, Hitachi, SAN Switches, etc)
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in servers' operating systems from installation, configuration, implementation (Microsoft Windows Servers, Enterprise Linux RHEL/OEL, VMware ESXi, etc)
* Minimum of 1 Certifications (i.e. VMware, AWS, Microsoft, Redhat, etc) and minimum of 1 network technical certification (i.e. CCNA, CCNP, Network+, iNet+, etc.)
* Experience in project management and managing multiple projects, and in both determining and building against business and technical requirements
* Some project-based travel required
* Experience leading technical teams
