* Enhance platform performance and help scale systems
* Refine existing user experiences for app and web environments
* Manage individual project priorities and deliverables through agile process
* Work on a small, agile team to help us build out the business
* Design database/application architecture and document
* Schedule product releases with internal teams

Production Support

We are looking for Senior Java Developer (Spring) with the following experiences.

Basic Requirements:

* 5+ Years of strong experience in Core Java/J2EE (Threads, Collection, Memory Management) and the following:
* Strong experience in Spring framework (Batch, Integration, Boot)
* Experience with Web Services (XML, WSDL, XSD, and JSON)
* Development with experience in a Unix/Linux environment
* Experience with various RDBMS including Oracle
* Strong experiences in application servers (Tomcat/Weblogic)

Preferred Requirements:

* Oracle Middleware Experiences (SOA Suite 11G, 12c) are preferred, but not required
* Experience and analysis to develop creative and innovative solutions.
* Research, present and/or make recommendations on function and technical issues
