We are now looking for an experienced Infrastructure Specialist for our IT team in Stockholm! As IT Infrastructure Specialist in Shared Technologies you receive a very wide spectrum of exciting challenges and you will see very clear visible effects of your efforts. The role has the technical ownership of a very diverse infrastructure spread over three sites in Stockholm (Sweden), Kraków (Poland) and Gurgaon (India). The environment is managed by a small team of System Admins spread over all three sites and with a 360 degree responsibility for IT. Who are you

We believe that you are an experienced and committed Infrastructure Specialist with at least 15 years' experience as an IT professional. You are solution oriented and enjoy coaching others to solve problems, while not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. Ideally you have experience from both Linux and Windows server environments, virtualization, networking, configuration management, scripting, user support and hardware. Experience from hybrid cloud environments is a plus. To succeed in the role you are a fast learning and service minded team player. Furthermore, you are thorough and highly structured, and do not stress yourself in complicated situations.

Responsibilities

* Technical ownership of the Shared Tech IT environment
* Coaching System Admins to continuously improve their competence
* Ensuring Infrastructure operations and availability in all sites
* Ensuring Security is maintained and improving
* Identifying and driving improvements in the environments
* Setting and developing IT standards for organization

Qualifications

* Strong communication skills in English as well as Swedish
* Good organizational skills & time management
* Experience working according to ITIL
* Deep experience with networking and security, primarily using Cisco hardware.
* Deep experience with virtualization using VMware
* Experience with Hybrid cloud environments is a plus
* Good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems (macOS, iOS and Android is an advantage)
* Good Experience of AD, MS Exchange, WDS, WDT, WSUS
* Hands on experience with Dell Hardware (clients, servers and SAN)
* Hands on experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) is an advantage
* Knowledge of software development tools like SVN, Git, TeamCity, SonarQube, Nexus, etc.
* Experience with network printers
* Experience from Video Conferencing System and A/V equipment
* MCP/MCSE certifications and/or RHEL certifications are a big plus
* Knowledge of scripting with Python, Bash or PowerShell is an advantage
