Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

* Laser focus on providing world class IT support to the business, including supporting its users both in the office and on the manufacturing floor.
* Ensure an efficient, resilient, and modernized infrastructure environment.
* Maintain virtual and physical servers
* Maintain and manage network devices including switches, firewalls, VPN, etc.
* Maintain and support established security policies for systems and applications access.
* Administration and maintenance of IT Infrastructure within the organization.
* Support an Aryaka SD-WAN solution.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field required.
* Advanced degree highly desirable.
* Demonstrated experience supporting both office workers, as well as production workers.
* A minimum of 7 years prior, progressive infrastructure experience including end user support
* A minimum of 5 or more years in a 750M+ publicly traded manufacturing company supporting both office workers, as well as manufacturing operations and manufacturing operations users.
* Demonstrated prior experience dealing with SOX auditors, both internal and external.
* Understanding of key manufacturing concepts and principles
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically to deliver innovative solutions.
* Expert level knowledge of O365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Skype, Conferencing, etc.) with prior experience migrating acquisitions onto O365.
* Expert level knowledge of Windows Server (2003 to current), Active Directory, GPO, and LDAP.
* Expert level knowledge of Microsoft technologies and products.
* Prior experience supporting a user base on multiple versions of Windows, Office, etc.
* Experience with Cisco & Meraki switches and access points.
* Prior experience supporting a global engineering community running various CAD applications (SolidWorks, ZMax, MathCAD, Altium, Minitab, … ).
* Prior experience working in a matrix management environment as a remote employee.
* Knowledge of Oracle ERP a plus.
