As a Sr IT Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area mainly on

Salesforce.com platform for Sales team. This will include the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of the platform. You will collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Design and Development teams to meet the needs and goals of the business.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

* Consults with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs turning those needs into system requirements.
* Provides technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploys new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner.
* Works independently under limited supervision to determine and develop approach to solutions.
* Makes improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of the job area.
* Communicates with senior internal and external customers and vendors.
* Analysis provided is in-depth in nature and often provides recommendations on process improvements.
* Exchange information of facts, statuses, ideas and issues to achieve objective, and influence decision-making.
* Lead full projects from beginning to launch and work on complex business problems
* Design and implement new enhancements including the creation of custom objects, workflows, process builders, validation rules, approval processes and custom apex solutions
* Work with cross functional teams across the company as the business partner in using Salesforce to gain operational efficiencies
* May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
* Handle all inbound user requests, troubleshoot, and respond to them in a timely manner
* Act as liaison between our business partners and the development team
* Perform and document program unit tests based on sample data, stipulated functional test conditions and stipulated expected results
* Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional and technical systems documentation
* Be a self-starter and team player with solid verbal and written communication skills

MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)

* Bachelor's degree
* 4+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience with an advanced degree

NICE TO HAVE

* 4+ years of enterprise experience including in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce.com platforms configuration, architecture, and implementation best practices
* Understanding of CRM principles including Sales and Service cloud
* Experience with project management methodologies; ability to create and maintain timelines
* Knowledge in SOQL and Visualforce/APEX is desired
* Impeccable customer driven mindset
* Extremely high attention to detail
* Strong Problem Solving and Critical Thinking skills
* Previous roles in a consulting or high growth, tech environment highly desired
* Strong relationship building skills coupled with the ability to develop consensus
* Experience with the new lightning framework a plus
