OSI Group is seeking an accomplished Senior Analyst, Financial Systems to join its Information Technology team. This position will have a core focus on supporting the Finance, Planning & Analysis team and the overall effectiveness of an enterprise-wide performance management system that enables finance and business users across the globe.

In addition to requiring a level of technical expertise in business performance management software, you will work closely with peer financial and business teams to continuously optimize timelines, processes, and system automation in supporting planning and analysis activities throughout all levels of the Finance organization. This role owns key oversight responsibility for systems process management, model & architecture optimization, system performance, and user engagement.

Major Position Responsibilities:

* Drive value through supporting the mission-critical forecast/plan cycle delivery, consolidated reporting and monthly Accounting close.
* Cultivate data quality through robust dimension & metadata management processes, data validation automation, and data governance.
* Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that accelerate cycle times, alleviate cumbersome manual processes, and ensure financial results are accurate.
* Expand user satisfaction and engagement offerings for global support, training, and acceptance testing, including participation in on-call rotation for escalation support.
* Contribute to delivery of reliable, scalable, and efficient technical solutions by managing all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, modeling & design, development, testing, deployment, integration, and documentation.
* Collaborate with 3rd party software vendors on issue resolution and product enhancements.

Required Skills

* 7+ years of experience in developing and/or managing business performance management software solutions, including planning automation, consolidated reporting, data modeling & security, system configuration, reporting & analytics, and user development.
* Compelling track record of delivering results in an environment of rapid change and competing priorities.
* Demonstrated ability over time to organize and optimize complex processes.
* Demonstrated ability and understanding of change management and how to effectively integrate that into an organization.
* Willingness to embrace change and learn new systems as OSI evolves.
* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
* Advanced technical knowledge of Hyperion HFM and FDM, or similar technology.
* Experience with dimension management software processes and MDM tools.
* Demonstrated experience delivering or managing support offerings for a large/global user base.
* Knowledge of SQL authoring, RDBMS database interaction, data warehousing concepts, or third-party ETL tools.
* Project management & reporting experience, and familiarity with software development methodologies.
* Experience with design & delivery of formal training curriculum and programs.
* Familiarity with multiple corporate performance management solutions.
* Experience with web services technologies (REST, HTTPS, XML, JSON).
* Knowledge of general annual budget and rolling forecast processes
* Experience in system application in compiling budget/forecast information and developing reports
* Strategic planning and data modeling
* Able to handle multiple assignments and manage competing priorities with tight deadlines
* Experience with implementations moving from on-premise to cloud environment
* Proven ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional organization
* Strong process orientation; well-structured and well organized
* Solid financial and business acumen
* Strong project management, leadership and problem solving skills
* Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or a related discipline.
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, Mathematics or a related discipline would bring additional value to the role.
* Work is generally performed within a business professional office environment, with standard office equipment available.
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands or finger, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, or controls; may be required to lift up to 15 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision to a computer screen.
