ROLE SUMMARY: The CRL IT organization is looking for an energetic professional to be a leading contributor to a Data Migration Service practice within Project Delivery. In this role, they would have responsibility for planning and implementing data conversion services required for internal customers. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and complete migration of data from source to target systems.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Efficient, high-quality completion of assigned data migration tasks.
* Become a valuable and reliable member of a high-performance team, willing to learn new business processes and applications, technologies, and methodologies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Create and execute data profiling reports to determine data size, complexity, and migration strategy
* Contribute to integrated data migration design for assigned process area through data analysis, reporting and collaboration with IT and Business partners
* Execute end-to-end extraction, transformation, load, and reconciliation of master, transactional, and historical data
* Design, create, and execute reports in alignment to project deliverables
* Execute data load programs
* Maintain related documentation
* Adhere to pertinent regulatory requirements and to company policies, practices and procedures

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in computer science, engineering, business administration or related discipline.

Experience:

* Demonstrate strong understanding of Data Migration, Quality, and Analysis
* Demonstrate strong proficiency in data conversion tools, working to prescribed development standards
* Have good understanding of and ability to learn new business processes for assigned functional area
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of underlying technical data structures and definitions of assigned functional process area
* Functional ERP (SAP / JDE / EBS / Costpoint etc.) CRM (Salesforce), HRIS(SuccessFactors), and/or Payroll (ADP) experience
* Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in Enterprise Data Initiatives
* Knowledge of SQL
* Relational Database experience - SQL Server, Oracle etc.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office Excel / Word / Access
* Minimum 4 years of full cycle system implementation experience required.

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work/type at a computer.
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
* Some travel will be required depending on the nature of the transactions and projects.
