The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

What You'll Do

Design, administer, and support all areas of the Unified Communications, Video Infrastructure.

Assist with key projects and deliverables related to Unified Communications. Effectively complete complex projects and installations within aggressive time frames and budget parameters.

Maintain stability of the infrastructure environment. Execute performance and statistical monitoring to develop procedures and best practices which improve overall environment.

Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of system maintenance, release updates, upgrades, and/or new technology deployments adhering to company's standard change management protocol.

Develop and produce timely metrics based on the required management platforms.

Perform comprehensive Evaluation of new feature or product technologies resulting in insightful analysis and recommendation.

Review and provide requirements for Concept Design Docs.

Work closely with Peers to improve workflow processes & communication.

Actively strives to keep Standards documents, Process and Procedures Documents, and Baseline documents up to date with emerging industry standards.

Initiates Changes through DTCC Change Management to address issues proactively and can effectively delegates work to others to complete like activities.

Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Sound Like You?

Minimum of 5 years of related experience

Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred or equivalent experience

Additional Qualifications

3-5 Years of experience managing UC Infrastructure Provisioning/Registration/Call Control/Bridging(I.E. TMS, Intune, CUCM, Cisco Meeting Server(formerly Acano), Acano Manager, VCS Expressway, WebEx, WebEx Teams, Lync 2013, Skype for Business 2015, Skype Online, Microsoft Teams, Ribbon Communications(formerly Sonus), Etc.)

Deep knowledge of proprietary/open standard UC Protocols/Codecs (H.323, SIP, MS-SIP, H.264, H.264-UC, BFCP, RDP, VBSS, G.711, G.729, OPUS, AAC), as well as general knowledge of Network Concepts(IP Subnetting, Duplex Speeds, OSI Network Model, DHCP, NTP, DNS, LDAPS, Routing Tables/Static Routes, MPLS, ISP, Firewalls, DMZs, ACLs, Etc.)
