Position Summary: Responsible for the administration, configuration, detailed analysis, support, and maintenance of Workday. Acts as a business partner for Payroll, Human Resources, and other departments by leveraging knowledge of system functionality and other functional/technical skills to provide user, production, and project support. This position will work within the Human Resources department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support various Workday modules including Payroll, Time Tracking, HCM, Benefits and Recruiting * Responsible for design, configuration, testing and deployment of system enhancements and Workday releases * Partner with various departments to understand business needs, communicate system capabilities/limitations, and translate into system design * Maintain data integrity by conducting periodic data audits, enhancing business processes, and executing mass data changes * Maintain change management documentation to satisfy audit controls and compliance best practices * Develop and maintain reports to support analytical and business needs * Utilize strong Excel skills to gather, consolidate and analyze HR data * Identify opportunities for system enhancements * Support integrations by monitoring and resolving data issues * Support users with completion of system tasks and interpretation of HR data * Develop user documentation and conduct training for new users and new functionality * Continuously increase HRIS/Workday knowledge through classes, reading, or other mechanisms. Participate in user group meetings/conferences. * Perform other duties as required
Educational and Other Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in related field or combination of education and experience * 3+ years of Workday experience including Workday Payroll * 5+ years of experience and knowledge in the HRIS field * Strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work, excellent organizational skills, and initiative to improve processes * Strong project management skills * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUp, Charts & Graphs) * Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary efforts * Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users * Sensitive to confidential information * Must work independently and as a member of team
