About the Job

The Recruiting Products team is looking for a Senior Front Engineer to help build out Glassdoor's recruiting platform. You will be play a central role in the technical architecture, development, and delivery of user-facing products which help employers promote their jobs, attract top talent, and manage inbound applicants. The Recruiting Products team plays a key role in Glassdoor's two-sided marketplace that helps job seekers find jobs and employers find the best candidates.

About You

You have a passion for creating high-quality, fast, accessible user interfaces. You have solid experience in building dynamic, responsive web pages using JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5 using React. You are constantly learning and keeping up with the latest in client-side technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience building web applications for high-volume, production environments.

Skills and Requirements

* 5+ years building high-quality, secure presentation layers for high visibility websites
* Proficiency in ReactJS/Redux, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and Webpack
* Proficiency in building responsive web applications
* Experience developing server-side MVC applications
* Continual learning of emerging technologies/industry trends
* Energized and excited by challenging projects that is reflected in a drive to deliver
* Ability to effectively and confidently communicate (verbally and written) technical issues in a clear, collaborative and open-minded manner with both technical and non-technical peers
