Overview

We're looking for a Senior front-end web and e-mail developer who has experience with web development (desktop, tablet, mobile), responsive design and creation of dynamic content within ESPs. Experience with Oracle products (ATG BCC, Responsys) a big plus. The candidate will need to bring strong attention to detail, technical leadership and a passion for cutting edge knowledge and industry best practices. You'll increase your knowledge base and be challenged everyday in this dynamic role. We're looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of juggling multiple tasks at a time.

This role we will be instrumental in rebuilding the email marketing program from a technical standpoint and growing it into a best in class experience for health enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

* Code large portion of website updates and email communications that work seamlessly and are compliant across multiple operating systems, devices and email clients including mobile.
* Perform quality checks on finished product, ensuring that it is free of issues and matches the requirements.
* Code dynamically personalized emails (XML and XSLT) that are triggered from web and stores that appear different depending on the receiving email account.
* Gather and prepare assets from Photoshop or other digital mediums for email and website content.
* Create, test, deploy and maintain email campaigns and programs in e-mail service provider
* Work in conjunction with stakeholders - Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, IT, Operations, QA - to ensure program requirements are met.
* Manage and develop of the team of front end developers including enhanced skill sets.
* Improve development processes across digital experiences.

Qualifications

Education/Certification:

* Bachelor's Degree in computer science/programming or related field or equivalent combination of experience and instruction

Required Knowledge:

* Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
* Understanding of data structures, and how to pull data dynamically into code.
* Expert knowledge of responsive email development principles
* Experience implementing web & email best practices.
* Experience building e-mail campaigns in an enterprise level solutions.
* Firm understanding of the quality assurance processes
* Experience with Photoshop and other graphics optimization software a big plus.
* Experience using Oracle products (ATG BCC, Endeca, Responsys) a big plus.
* Experience using Angular JS a big plus.

* 3-5 years web and email coding experience.

Skill and Ability:

* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Ability to work on a project deadline basis.
* Ability to work independently and manage a project from end-to-end
* Ability to organize data for clear presentation; have an ability to work with layout design and changes.
* Strong attention to details (e.g., pricing, ingredient levels and spelling, translating pixel perfect layouts into HTML content, etc.)
* Ability to be a team player and contribute to the larger team in a positive way
* Solid communication skills and be able to collaborate with teams across many departments.
