Our IT team is looking for a Senior Domain Architect. In this position you will act as the domain architect providing architecture and technical leadership to CoreSource business unit. You will work closely with our IT leadership team, business stakeholders to design/develop strategic IT roadmaps, and will provide technical oversight in managing third party vendors to adhere to previously developed and approved architectural solutions. You will also drive innovation, develop/review program/project level architectures, plays key role in evaluation and selection of technology for business needs. As a member of the Enterprise Architecture team you will ensure enterprise architectural standards and best practices are followed.

Key Accountabilities:

* Design CoreSource solutions while supporting other enterprise strategic projects
* Communicate complex topics regarding solutions that will meet business stakeholders project needs
* Introduce and adhere to best practices, processes and standards
* IT innovation and promotion of new technologies
* Work with IT and business leadership team to develop and update IT roadmaps and manage application catalog
* Build strong relationships with business partners

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry related experience required
* Minimum 6 years of IT architecture experience required
* Must have experience leading architecture for large transformation projects required
* Must have experience in managing priorities pertaining to multiple programs and projects required
* Has experience working with vendors located at multiple geographies required
* Must have strong technical background required
* Technically proficient in a wide range of architectures, middleware applications, operational frameworks, process improvement models and best practices required

Preferred experience:

* Experience in IT strategy and planning
* Participate in the development of and changes to the project
* Work with the other architects and ensure that the architecture, design principles, and standards are in alignment with Enterprise Architecture direction
* Ensure that design, development, technical validations, and approvals occur
* Own technical project issues and roadblocks and make certain they are resolved in an effective and efficient manner
* Identify and manage technical risks on the project
* Collaborate with technical and business staff to determine best practice system solutions
* Support project's organizational change management and communications efforts
* Develop and leverage appropriate technical, functional, or business knowledge to support the successful development of client partner/user solutions.
* 5+ years of experience in Insurance
