Job Description Summary

Responsibilities

* Create, design, and format marketing materials including brochures, proposals, presentation boards, flyers, postcards, newsletters, and event invitations
* Create and design HTML graphics for email blasts.
* Slice and code email campaigns using Dreamweaver
* Experience with HTML5, CSS/SCSS, Javascript, JSON
* Experience with Sketch/Adobe XD, Atom/Sublime, Github, XCode, and the Terminal
* Familiarity with CSS Frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
* Knowledge of Google Analytics and implementing within websites and email campaigns
* Knowledge with SEO best practices, web optimization and accessibility standards
* Ability to problem solve technical issues and find solutions to any issues that arise during development or routine maintenance with static marketing websites
* Comfortable using the command line / terminal to a) install/update/uninstall NPM/Node packages, b) run local development environments using browsersync or equivalent, c) run build commands to output production ready code for static marketing websites.
* Understand print/ production process
* Create, design, draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations and other artwork using company-approved computer programs and brand standards
* Create and develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and Internet websites
* Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discuss them with and make necessary changes
* Collaborate with GIS mapping and research departments on various projects types
* The ability to build web based, hybrid applications using frameworks like Ionic, React, etc., to build and maintain simple mobile applications (i.e. iOS tour application) - considered a plus
* Experience using web based mapping applications such as Mapbox to create interactive maps - considered a plus

Job Description

* The position is split with 40% focused on Web/Digital and 60% on Graphic/Print
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Communications or related discipline
* 5+ years of graphic design experience or any similar combination of education and experience
* Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite as well as Interactive Media skills
* Detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a face-to-face fast-paced environment
* Experience with high-end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or real estate background a plus
* Proven record of providing outstanding internal and external customer service
* Excellent oral and written communication skill
