About this Opportunity

The Enterprise DevSecOps domain leads IT adoption and implementation of DevSecOps. The Lead Infrastructure Services Engineer provides technical expertise focusing on assessments, implementation, and support of DevSecOps abilities including provisioning infrastructure related to CI/CD pipelines, IaaS code for cloud services, etc. This individual will partner with various domains across Enterprise Infrastructure, Application Development, and the Security Team to provide guidance and assistance to implement DevSecOps capabilities. This role will help to establish training, standardization of automation tools and practices, lead pilots, and the execution of DevSecOps proficiencies throughout the firm.

Enterprise Infrastructure delivers infrastructure capabilities that emphasize the collaboration between development and infrastructure to meet business needs. This is done by providing technology services that are agile, timely, cost-effective, and risk appropriate.

What You'll Do

* Operate in an Agile software delivery methodology environment that is highly focused on developing, deploying and enhancing build pipelines for Infrastructure teams


* Work collaboratively with various teams across Infrastructure, Application Development, Security and the Line of Business to provide guidance and assistance to implement and advocate DevSecOps capabilities


* Contribute towards continual service improvement activities related to the delivery of cloud services, infrastructure as code (IaC), performance, compliance, security and capacity standards, etc.


* Excellent troubleshooter, utilizing a systematic problem-solving approach


* Develop training & education proficiency programs to transform the company in DevSecOps


* Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately



Sound Like You?

Prefer 1-3 years' experience in Systems Engineering practicing DevSecOps

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Additional Qualifications

Experience with configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipeline, including Infrastructure as code utilizing tools like Terraform, Jenkins, and Azure Pipelines

Approaches infrastructure architecture from a design driven standpoint with security, reliability and scalability as its main principal

Working experience with PowerShell for scripting and automation

Working experience with programming languages like Python, Java etc

Working experience with provisioning, configuration management, and orchestration tools such as Chef, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, AWS ECS, Terraform
