In the first 12 months you will:

Deliver: We have a complex system and a R&D team that spans multiple countries. You will be working on an actual enterprise software solution with thousands of existing customers around the globe. Any released code takes customer impact into account and must be designed with that in mind.

Learn: You will learn new technologies while working on deliverable code. There are a lot of smart people here that you will collaborate with and share your ideas.

Innovate: We don't know all of the answers to the challenges that we encounter. You will be involved in designing and implementing business solutions using whatever techniques and technologies that we have at our disposal.

To accomplish this, you will need to:

Design, develop, deploy and support services that will securely interact with our existing products and support large numbers of customers. We are focused on creating secure and scalable production-ready software solutions.

Exhibit critical thinking. Are there times when you ask yourself "why are we doing it this way?". We want you to let us know when things don't make sense. If you have a better idea then please let us know.

Express passion for the customer. Whether it's performance or security improvements or adding new features, everything we do should essentially come back to making the customer experience better.

What do you need to bring?

BSCS, BSEE, or equivalent years of work experience.

Strong experience with microservice architecture concepts.

5-10+ years programming experience, preferably Java. Knowledge of other languages such as Golang a plus.

Strong experience with AWS and AWS primitives.

Experience working with containerization software and management of containerized application.

In depth knowledge of networking concepts, a plus.

Experience working on a large scale enterprise software offering.

Experience working with graph databases or document stores

A Dev Ops Mindset.

Strong analytical skills and an open mind.

Understanding of CI/CD Pipeline
