The Senior Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Developer is responsible for supporting and developing a wide range of PLM configurations, customizations, and integrations with respect to the Product Collaboration and Product Quality Management modules.

Additional responsibilities include:

* Maintain and administer PLM application based on Oracle Agile PLM software.
* Design, configure and maintain workflows, criteria logic, approval routings, user group configuration, and integration between Agile PLM and other enterprise systems.
* Implementing projects and assisting with the production support of the Agile PLM application.
* Develop enhancements and customizations (Pxs) for the Product Collaboration and Product Quality Management modules.
* Modify existing customizations.
* Manage GitHub code repository for all customizations.
* Assist with managing offshore support resources to develop minor enhancements and verifying that solutions developed meet all acceptable standards, are tested adequately and deployed properly.
* Ensure support resources are adequately supporting the system and assist with holding support resources accountable for meeting SLAs.
* Working with application developers and/or vendors to ensure the solution architecture is deployed using proper analysis, design, and development and testing disciplines.
* Review and approve technical specifications and conduct code walk-through.
* Develops the system design specifications from the business requirements document.
* Creation of a project/task plan for new development & enhancements.
* Prepares & documents technical & program design specifications (including flow charts).
* Completes the configuration and development effort.
* Completes & documents unit & system testing and assists IT testing teams.
* Manages & plans program implementations into production environment.
* Communicates with end users on business requirements and problem resolution.
* Provides key inputs into the User Acceptance Testing (UAT), if necessary.
* Meets all required compliance documentation and change management requirements
* Works directly with business partners and vendors to scope and manage projects on their own.
* Mentors and provides technical direction to other team members.
* Performs analysis and makes recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency.

Job Requirements

* 5+ years of PLM development and support experience on Agile version 9.3.2 or higher
* A thorough understanding and the ability to lead activities through the full project life cycle.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
* Familiar with Source control, task management, bug tracking, build and deploy
* JSP/J2EE/Java programming Agile Automations and Process Extensions
* Creation of Functional and Technical Specifications
* Development of Web Services and Process Extensions in Agile
* Agile Content Service and integration with Oracle EBS
* Excellent communication skills and organization skills
* Knowledge of the Agile Database Schema, Database design, Agile PLM SDK/Web Services
* Knowledge of XML and SOA based integrations
* Knowledge of Agile File Manager
* Creation of reports and custom notifications in PLM
* Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and ability to query the PLM database directly. Develop queries to execute in Tableau
* Strong analytical skills, communication, and time management skills
* Strong customer service skills
* AML and PG&C experience a plus
