Currently, we are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager with excellent communication skills.

The Senior Delivery Manager will be accountable for the overall project delivery, client satisfaction and management of expectations while ensuring that the work is on strategy, on time and within budget.

Being a client-facing position, the Delivery Manager will be a liaison between the client and the offshore and at the same time will enjoy a very high level of visibility within EPAM.

What You'll Do

* Start and deliver projects within the client allocated timelines and budgets
* Manage distributed (onshore-offshore) teams
* Provide technical leadership defining the project-level architecture including design, infrastructure, and data architecture
* Manage customer expectations and relationship
* Participate in overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling
* Prepare engagement revenue and resource forecasts
* Prepare engagement timesheets and billing information
* Preparation of the weekly/monthly engagement reports

What You Have

* Experience in managing a complete set of activities related to the project delivery in a company such as lead management, qualification for the bid/financing, staffing, client management, delivery and execution governance
* Experience in running multiple delivery streams/clients, assuring proper governance on the top management level
* Hands on experience in technology and software engineering practices with ability to supervise and suggest competitive technical decisions and assure a winning mix of delivery practices applied on the project
* 5+ years' experience working in consulting or outsourcing account/delivery management in 70+ FTE accounts
* Strong understanding of software development
* Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients as well as the ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team and to meet deadlines
* 8+ years of hands-on software development experience
* Experience in designing and implementing large distributed, scalable, reliable and highly-available solutions
* Proven experience in .NET and/or Java architecture combined with strong OO design skills, understanding of enterprise software design patterns and data structures
* Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills
