Job Description

Overview and Responsibilities

* Define information and data flows, data delivery architecture, and data tools necessary to support credit risk analytics as well as stakeholder reporting.
* Work with business and application architects to review business drivers, needs and strategies and assess the impact to the information architecture.
* Identify, assess, and document business requirements for data and advise on options, risks, and cost versus benefits.
* Collaborate with internal teams to understand, translate and capture the requirements for conceptual and logical data models, and interface specifications to maximize the value and performance of the data assets.
* Lead requirement gathering sessions with BI users, data SMEs, and risk analytics team.
* Establish data lineage across the lending operation and ensure that the data is captured, stored, accessed, and distributed accurately, consistently, and optimally.
* Establish and sustain optimal data governance framework as a key member of the governance committee.
* Create and maintain appropriate metadata for risk data architecture related artifacts including data lineage.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
* 5 years of experience in IT and data management, including experience with BI data modelling, data architecture, business intelligence, data warehousing, data analytics and reporting, master and reference data management, data quality, metadata management, conceptual data models, logical data models and data flow diagram, dimensional data modeling, relational DBMS data modeling, MS SQL Server development and administration, and ERWIN and ER Studio
* Will accept Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field and 3 years of the above-listed experience in lieu of a Bachelor's plus 5 years.
* Up to 5% national travel required.
