What Youll Do

As a Principal Consultant - Enterprise Application Functional you will do the following:

Full time position supporting the Army Contract Writing System development and deployment with duty location in the National Capital Region. Some travel may be required. TeraThink provides analytics expertise for our clients Enterprise performance management program. The Data Analytics consultant will act as the liaison between the performance management team and dashboard clients from a specific department to help them implement metrics. The analyst must have strong analytical skills and knowledge of best practices related to metric development. Responsibilities will include gathering requirements, uploading data and creating visualizations/metrics in Tableau, demonstrating new capabilities, and promoting the EPMS Dashboard as the tool for conducting performance management at our client.

Responsibilities:

* Provides guidance on the implementation of the Momentum Acquisition module.
* Configures the Momentum Acquisition module to support client business processes.
* Creates and reviews testing, design and requirements documentation for the Momentum Acquisition module.
* Supports Preliminary and Critical Design Review with the client.
* Supports the design of interfaces including defining and elaborating interface specifications.
* Decomposes interface requirements into lower levels of granularity and developing the specification documentation including data mappings, business rules, interface protocols and transfer logic.

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree
* 3 - 5 years of Momentum Acquisition experience
* 3 years of functional experience integrating COTS products and business process modeling/re-engineering
* Experience with planning and leading design sessions for requirements elicitation, analysis, verification, specification, validation, and prioritization
* Experience developing specifications, test plans, and conducting assessments. Business Operations and Business Case studies and analysis experience
* Must be organized and able to lead integration activities
* Proficiency in business and requirement analysis, communication, stakeholder analysis
* Must be able to pass a background check to start employment
* Due to client requirements, US Citizenship is required
