Your Role and Responsibilities

Senior Consultant, IBM Corporation, Paramus, NJ: Work closely with client personal as a Subject

Matter Expert (SME) to understand their business needs and demonstrate potential innovative

solutions and approaches for CRM systems implementation. Plan, analyze, design, and architect

end-user solutions in CRM system by utilizing in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM,

leading-edge products, special skills, and technologies. Deliver and implement new and complex

high-quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements. Build industry centric reusable and scalable solution for Microsoft Dynamics system that can be reused by multiple clients which helps clients optimize business performance and obtain a competitive advantage. Define and select tools, processes, priorities, and resources necessary to manage, analyze, design, architect, and implement general business unit directives. Implement plans and solutions deliverables for customer problems by anticipating potential problems and future trends and assessing opportunities, impacts, and risks. Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Structured Query Language (SQL), C#, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Agile methodology. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related and two (2) years of experience as a Technical Analyst or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SQL, C#, SSRS, SSIS, and Agile methodology. Full time. Y173.
