JOB SUMMARY

Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Senior Client Systems Engineer for a 6M C2H opportunity located in Irving, TX. The Senior Client Systems Engineer will engineer the lifecycle of client-related systems and systems configuration management (desktops / laptops / tablets / operating systems / group policies / application packaging / patching / updates). The Senior Client Systems Engineer will lead and support multiple projects implementing new technologies, performing maintenance, and upgrading existing environments. The Senior Client Systems Engineer will problem solve, perform vendor management, and interface with clients / internal teams throughout the organization.

* Help Develop Strategies / Technical Roadmaps for Client Systems - Desktops / Laptops / Tablets / Mobile Devices, etc.
* Translate Business Requirements into Solution Designs / Ensuring Security Compliance
* Plan / Recommend Hardware / Software / Architecture to Support Service Delivery - Windows 10 Configuration and Imaging / O365 / Application Packaging / Operating System Patching / 1E Nomad, etc.
* Hands-On Technical Experience - SCCM / 1E Nomad / Windows 7-10 Platform / PowerShell / Excel
* Drive Standards Around Application Packaging / Security Patching Services for Windows Platform
* Develop / Maintain Standards for Hardware / Software Configurations of Client Systems
* Monitor Systems Performance / Perform Capacity Planning / Proactively Assessing Systems / Make Recommendations, etc.
* Work with Enterprise Architecture / Security / Service Delivery Teams to Support System Deployment / Operations
* Provide Management with Performance Tracking Reports and Trending from Supported Platforms
* Participate in Microsoft Licensing Agreements with Teams - Server and Storage Manager / IT Director / IT Finance / Procurement, etc.
