Senior Business Intelligence Developers

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Design, analyze and develop software architect solutions for business intelligence (BI), data warehousing and reporting procedures.
* Work with users to understand needs on BI projects, identify BI requirements and convert them to business and technical requirements.
* Based on the requirements, design the solution architecture in order that system operates at optimal level and fulfills user needs.
* Guide development team to follow the design.
* Design and build ETL processes.
* Perform database design, data warehouse design and development, data modeling (conceptual and logical), evaluate technologies to support implementation of the BI roadmap.
* Develop reports and queries, compile data and report requests to execute BI projects.
* Technical Environment: SQL, DB2, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, MDX, DAX, SAS, Cognos, OLAP, MS Power BI, Tableau, Informatica, MS Office, Agile Development.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

* Master's degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Data Mining, or any Engineering field plus five years of experience in the job offered or as a BI/systems analyst or with BI data warehouse development OR Master's degree in Business with certification in data mining plus six years of experience in the job offered or as a BI/systems analyst or with BI data warehouse development OR Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Data Mining, or any Engineering field plus seven years of experience in the job offered or as a BI/systems analyst or with BI data warehouse development OR Bachelor's degree in Business with certification in data mining plus eight years of experience in the job offered or as a BI/systems analyst or with BI data warehouse development required.
* Required Skills: Must have previous BI data analysis and reporting using SAS, SQL, SSRS, SSAS (MDX, DAX); MS Power BI, Tableau; Database and data warehouse design and development using SAS, SQL, DB2, SSIS; Informatica, data modeling (conceptual and logical) for data warehouse; BI/data project management, Agile development.
