Responsibilities:

* Deploy targeted analytics on engagements involving structured data, text extractions and rule-based tests
* Perform analytics to help solve business challenges and provide actionable, timely and accurate insights
* Use advanced analyses that leverage technology to process data volume and perform complex computations in a scalable, reproducible and automated manner
* Create and deliver executive level presentations that convey complex analyses in an efficient format
* Utilize analytic tools including SQL, Excel and visualization dashboards such as Tableau and Power BI
* Collaborate with BizOps team members, functional leaders and subject matter experts
* Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* A minimum of three years of analytics or related experience
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university
* Strong analytical skills to assess, research, analyze and interpret data
* Ability to query data using databases, understanding of ETL process and familiarity with additional analytical tools required
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues and/or assignments with time sensitive deadlines
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Capable of being both an individual contributor as well as a team player
