What will I be doing?

Memphis, TN; or remote/virtual.*

As the Senior Associate, Cyber Security Access Administration and Review, you will join Hilton's growing Global Access Management team, collaborating with the Senior Manager, Global Information Security. You will be responsible for the analysis, provisioning, support, and governance of system access for more than 2,000 global users across over 150 business applications and systems.

More specifically, you will:

* Add, modify, and remove user access from business applications and systems administered by Global Access Management.
* Centralize and standardize user access add/change/delete administration for 150 in-scope corporate and hotel finance applications.
* Support critical business processes through timely and effective access provisioning and issue resolution; Troubleshooting, resolution and root cause analysis of user access issues reported by supported users.
* Communicate with internal and external teams administering user access.
* Adhere to committed service levels, information security policies and access management standards.
* Analyze data from system access reports to verify user access is appropriate to role, including development, maintenance and execution of validations via Excel, SQL, etc.
* Communicate user access reviews to partners; collect and track review results; conduct root cause analysis of access exceptions; document and execute remediation plans.

* Solid grasp of general access management and information security concepts, including Principal of Least Privilege, access appropriate to role, and segregation of duties
* Self-starters, who take initiative in implementing goals, utilizing analytical skills, and possessing adaptability to change

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

* Five (5) years of IT experience
* Three (3) years of Information Security, Identity/Access Management, or Project Management experience
* Travel - 25% of the time

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

* BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
* Seven (7) years of IT experience
* Five (5) years of Information Security, Identity/Access Management, or Project Management experience
* Certified in cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
