KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in State and Local Government for our Management Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

* Involvement of the use of COTS Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), Oracle, use of XML technology in Cúram, Cúram Evidence Framework, Subversion, and WebSphere
* Business and workflow process modeling and business reengineering using Curam
* Development of Curam Enterprise Framework and Curam Solutions Modules to problem identify and integrate technical skills to address and solve issues

Qualifications:

* Minimum three years of social enterprise management and including a minimum of seven years for senior developers with experience as a Java Developer in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing
* Experience with Integrated Eligibility public facing solutions and development with one or more standard Java frameworks and problem identification or integration of technical skills to address and solve issues
* Extensive technical knowledge in the following specialized areas of web application system analysis and programming such as Java, J2SE, J2EE, Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Web Services standards SOAP and WSDL
* Knowledge of Curam public facing solutions for screening, reception managements and intake requirements and mapping these areas to Curam solution modueles
* Curam Certified Developer in Curam V6 is highly preferred
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred with excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation and people management skills
* Willingness to travel which may, at times, be as much as 100%
* Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
