Responsibilities

Senior Program Analyst for PEO IWS 1IT Integrated Training Systems in Support of the Fleet Introduction and Sustainment and Installation Managers. Liaison with the Program Office, PARMS, NAVSEA SYSCOMS, TYCOMS and Ship Program Managers (SPMs) to ensure conjunctive/concurrent Fielding Plan alignment and interoperability with other Combat System elements. Participation in various technical meetings, interchanges and PARM Reviews such as the Aegis Readiness Working Group (ARWG)/ Combat System Interoperability Meeting (CSIM), SSDS ICS PR, NAVY C5I Modernization Council (NCMC) and Combined PARM Review including brief development.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. A minimum of two years of related experience is required.

Proficient with the Navy Modernization Process (NMP) including utilization of NDE (AMPS/ILS/EP/NM modules) as well as other Navy Databases including WISE and ACCESS. Familiar with the preparation and routing of Naval Messages including Consolidated Risk Assessments, Late Adds as well as TCD offers and A-O inputs. Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite and SharePoint, have excellent communication/written skills and work well in a team environment.
