Job Description
Strong Agile and Automation QA Lead with with handson automation experiencePrior experience in application development is a advantage.
Strong coordination, communication and leadership skills
Must have had prior experience in Agile and wealth management functions. Able to prepare agile metrics, reports and good experience in JIRA.
Prior work experience in handling medium to large scale programs/projects is a must that involves multiple stakeholders (like Business, Dev, Ops, UAT, PM)
Handled at least a team size of 10-15 people - this is one of the biggest application areas by team size and carries high weightage (Deals with MS Client reporting and also 'Advisors performance' reporting)
Onsite-Offshore coordination experience goes without saying.
