Overview:

Xator is seeking a professional System Installation and Integration Manager to supervise the installation and integration of complex technical security systems in government facilities.

Work Location: Alexandria, VA.

Travel: This position requires approximately 75% travel to overseas locations.

Work Environment: Typical assignments are frequently performed in both internal and external environments with a variety of weather conditions. Ability to work under extreme hot or cold weather conditions with exposure to dust or dirt is routine and may require the use of protective personal equipment (PPE).

Citizenship/Passport/Security Clearance: The candidate must be a US citizen with an active SECRET clearance and be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET.

Responsibilities:

* Have working knowledge and understanding of AACS hardware, intrusion detection, CCTV equipment and public address systems.
* Have working knowledge and understanding of electrical principals.
* Possess the ability to use diagnostic equipment/software and established troubleshooting techniques to isolate network deficiencies, equipment failures and operational anomalies.
* Ability to read, interpret electrical and electromechanical schematics and architectural drawings.
* Communicate effectively with Design Engineers and other staff.
* Travel extensively worldwide.

Education:

* BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills & Knowledge:

* Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in a related discipline.
* Experience leading complex security system installation projects.
* Experience supervising security technicians
* Experience programming security systems
* Security system programming
* Software House, Hirsch, Cinch systems
* CCTV
* Access Control
* Familiarity with the IBC and NEC
