Responsibilities
This position is located in the Protective Operations Division, Chief Security Office, Office of the Executive Director at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. This Division is responsible for providing the Commission's Executive Protection, Insider Threat, and Personnel Security.
Major duties of the position include:
* Coordinates the Commission's Insider Threat efforts across multiple directorates, ensuring all stakeholders are incorporated * Coordinates and leads the Commission's Insider Threat Hub * Represents the Commission at all Insider Threat working groups * Implements and maintains the FERC Insider Threat sharepoint site

* Must be a U.S. Citizen * Must meet specialized experience * Must provide most recent SF-50 containing grade/step information * Successfully complete a background investigation.

Qualifications
Duties, responsibilities and qualification requirements vary in complexity among grade levels as noted below:
GS-12: You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 level: Specialized experience is defined as experience applying Insider Threat principals, conducting damage assessments and preliminary inquiries into Insider Threat cases.
GS-13: You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 level. Specialized experience is defined as experience applying Insider Threat principals, conducting damage assessments and preliminary inquiries. Makes appropriate recommendations regarding all insider threat cases.
