Job Title

Security Researcher

* Find and fix security flaws across the Mastercard security programs and product lines.
* Serve as primary engineer for Proof-of-Concept testing that takes place inside the Mastercard Cyber Range. Provide support to help troubleshoot connectivity issues, resource utilizations and automation process.
* Plan, build and run technical experiments and proofs of concept using an automated workflows.
* Develop tools to automate security testing and enable more efficient discovery and resolution of security problems.
* Maintain the operational status of the experimental portion of the Cyber Range and all of its components.
* Be the subject matter expert for other researchers using the Cyber Range.
* Communicate security information to staff, executives, consumers and customers through blogs, white papers, and/or conference presentations. The ideal candidate must be able to convey complex security issues and risks while maintaining a positive relationship with security and product teams.
* Educate product and security teams on security best practices by providing real-world examples and hands on training.
* Develop comprehensive documentation pertaining to all processes, procedures and system configurations pertaining to experiments within the Cyber Range.
