Work you'll do:

As part of the Global Cybersecurity team, this professional will:

* Assist CISO and Managing Director of Office of Cybersecurity in planning, coordinating, and prioritizing their agendas, meetings, and presentations


* Participate in CISO meeting and presentations as required


* Gather and consolidate cybersecurity organizational and financial reporting for the Cybersecurity organization


* Schedule and organize Cybersecurity team meetings and communications


* Coordinate with Project Management Office (PMO), Business Operations, and other peer organizations on behalf of the CISO or Managing Director of Office of Cybersecurity. Special emphasis on financial and performance reporting


* Coordinate scheduling and agendas for Cybersecurity leadership meetings and all hands meetings


* Manage and coordinate security projects on behalf of the global CISO (secondary role as needed)

Who you'll work with:

The Deloitte Global Cybersecurity function is responsible for enhancing data protection, standardizing and securing critical infrastructure, and gaining cyber visibility through security operations centers. The Cybersecurity organization delivers a comprehensive set of security services to Deloitte's global network of firms around the globe.

This role is based in Chicago, IL with travel of up to 25%. Other locations may be considered with relocation assistance considered on a case by case basis.

To be considered for this role, there are certain qualifications you'll have to have. And others that would be really, really nice.

Required:

* Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in the Information Security / Cybersecurity domain with a focus on support of senior cybersecurity executives


* At least two years holding a leadership role in direct support of a C-level executive as such as a chief of staff or deputy chief of staff


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate strategic information security topics, policies and standards as well as risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels


* Excellent organizational skills to set agendas, prioritize work, and manage logistics in support of senior leadership


* Strong knowledge of business management and finance, and knowledge of information / cybersecurity


* Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, and NIST


* Experience interacting, presenting and working with C-level executives (CEO, CIO, etc.)


* Ability to engage and work with security, technology, and business teams with varying levels of cybersecurity knowledge


* Ability to travel as needed up to 40%



Education and experience:

* Bachelor's degree: degree in business administration, a technology-related field, cybersecurity or equivalent education-related experience



Certifications:

* Professional security management certification is desirable, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other similar credentials
