If so…we're looking for a new member of our security engagement team in San Francisco, California.

The Role

The Security Engagement Specialist will help deliver the security awareness program within the Security team. The Security Engagement Specialist reports to the Senior Manager of Security Engagement, and is accountable for the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of a program that educates and promotes a culture of security throughout the organization. This role is responsible for working directly with security, technology, and business groups across the enterprise to design and enable Autodesk's pragmatic approach to risk-based security.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and run security awareness initiatives that inform and educate Autodesk employees and contractors regarding security risks

Sustain and improve the awareness program by staying up to date on current and emerging techniques, and participating in industry events

Work proactively with security teams and management to consider key security risks, and how to help address them via program initiatives

Establish and report relevant metrics and KPIs to communicate status and demonstrate progress of program performance

Help define and deliver the program goals, objectives and tactics

Required Qualifications and Experience

2-4 years of work experience in security awareness and training, and/or behavioral science

Foundational understanding of security-related threats and risks, as well as practices and capabilities to address them

At least one (1) year of experience developing and supporting awareness programs

Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences

Desired Capabilities

Prior project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities - projects, deliverables, and stakeholders

Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and verbal / written communication skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Previous experience in high-tech company preferred
