Job Description

Role Purpose Statement: To manage and analyze security tasks, support security projects. Also responsible for providing technical support to the field for security equipment.

Key Interfaces: (internal, external) Internal: Region CSC management and, corporate functions. External: Consultants/contractors, Airports, Airline

Main Accountabilities

Security

* Create OnGuard Users - understand program and develop trainings to field
* Create Badge Templates - as needed/per standard, ensure badges are deactivated from separation notices
* Create Vendor drop downs, request letters for compliance to LSG policy, once approved letter, upload Vendor letters to security NAM ebase
* Program Access Control Readers, help with troubleshooting reader/access issues for NAM
* Program NVR's/CCTV, troubleshoot camera/NVR issues in field.
* Manage from inception to completion all security related capital improvement projects Track Projects, track and process security Invoices, track Spend (multiple places)
* Interact with external agencies and project participants to effect permitting and incorporate requirements for environmental and other State City and local government regulations, and Airport and municipal standards relative to project implementation
* Manage all construction pre-implementation estimates for capital projects and security compliance actions. Directs communication with senior levels regarding major project progress, budget status, changes, regulatory or permitting issues. Accountable for on-time and on-budget project performance.
* Create PDR's, SOW's, CAF's and Change Orders
* Organize/create site visits, request quotes for security related projects.
* Document best practices and new standards and ensuring they are incorporated into Security conference sessions.
* Update Security charts including incidents, knife stats, mock and regular audits.
* Update Heat Map Checklist and map, communicate to field for any heat map reds.
* Compile data and prepare power point for SQCDP and OPEX updates.
* Create ETD training and maintenance schedules, follow up with CSCs to ensure compliance in field.
* Interact with field with form.com completion, communicate non-compliance.
* Manage CAQS, review and approve incidents, follow up with CSCs for additional details compile analysis of incidents, actions plan, mock audits.
* Conduct CCTV surveillance/investigations, secure footage for outside agencies.
* Develop and deploy training materials and deliver training to field and external personnel regarding security standards and procedures.

Leadership

* Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed
* Guide, motivate and develop the directly and indirectly subordinate employees
* Plan, implement and control the cost and project budget in the area of responsibility; initiate and steer corrective actions in case of deviations

Required Skills

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
* Minimum of three years' experience in programming security related equipment
