Responsibilities: Responsible for protecting the company's global assets and interests which include personnel, property/operations, products, brand and intellectual property (IP). Principal activities include the following:

* Working with the company business and functional groups globally, designs, develops, implements and administers cost-effective, pro-active security programs and services. Encompasses executive protection, product authentication, anti-fraud, physical security, supply chain security, online security, contingency planning, and crisis management response. Includes analysis, design, audit, training and reporting related to these programs and services.
* Leads security-related communications, promotes security awareness, designs and maintains communications channels to facilitate the distribution of time-sensitive security alerts, threat assessments, general travel guidance and other content.
* Investigates allegations/incidents of illegal activity, violations of corporate policies, and serious impropriety by employees. Provides management with assessments/advice on organizations or individuals who are contemplating or using illegal or disruptive tactics against company.
* Maintain liaison with domestic and international law enforcement, governmental security and intelligence agencies, industry organizations, and relevant organizations and individuals, to collect information relating to the security of company assets and interests.
* Continually assesses and aligns security resources with risks.

Responsible for operational success, strategic alignment and integration of activities with other major organizational functions. Fully accountable for the success of the designated function or department. Owns a significant number of measurable functional, operational and strategic goals or priorities. Responsible for one or more recognized professional disciplines. Assumes responsibility for the successful implementation of business plans in a defined area of responsibility. Contributes to the overall strategic definition of a function with strong business acumen. Acts as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business.

Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience working as a security specialist or assistant facility security officer (AFSO) supporting the NISPOM


* Strong communication and written skills


* Self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision


* Knowledge of JPAS desired


* U.S. Citizen


* Must be able to pass a U.S. Government Security Investigation
