Job Description

Summary:

The intern will work with Security Advisory, to help accomplish security assessment tasks, special projects, create documentation and various other Security Advisory activities.

Job Details:

* Working with the responsible SAGE requirements owners to identify any requirements that need to be updated.


* Also working with the requirement's owners to revise the requirements that are not actionable or testable.


* Work with Security Architecture & Enterprise Architecture to incorporate any reference models available into the Security Advisory archive.


* Work with the BAs & QAs to collect security validation evidence to store with the SAGE portfolio.


* Further develop the lessons learned archive to be stored on the team drive.


* Continue development of the knowledge base articles and best practices database for the Security Advisory site.


* Scheduling meetings for the Security Advisory Intake team and Security Advisory Project team.


* Update the Security Advisory road map and create a dashboard where it can be viewed and tracked.


* Create notes for security teams that are missing from calls due to conflict or other circumstances.


* Working with me to schedule meetings with the security teams to create the runbook as it relates to the requirements in the SAGE.


* Creating a list of security teams and functions to include on our Security Advisory site.


* Continue working on the project to identify applications by geographic location and service level.


* Identify the privacy laws by geographic location to overlay on the map of applications by geographic location.


* Work on getting the new features for version 3.0 version of the new SAGE diagrammed as well as help with development.


* Working on special internal projects as assigned.



Requirements:

* Computer Science or a related field


* Experience with programming languages as it relates to application design and development


* Security or Cybersecurity experience (identifying vulnerabilities using STRIDE or threat methodology)


* Knowledge or experience with NIST, PCI, HIPPA and other industry regulations


* Strong Excel and modeling experience



Preferred:

* Business Intelligence experience
* Threat Modeling
