The successful candidate responsibilities include development and implementation of agency's application security tools, establishing capabilities for defining application security controls, static and dynamic code analysis, identification and of remediation of vulnerabilities in SEC applications; performing security reviews of application designs, deployment architectures, source code, stored procedures, and server/service configurations; and developing and documenting application security standards.

Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years recent hands on development experience and be able to identify design and code issues and suggest corrections.

Candidate must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder with the ability to pass a minimum background check.

Work location is on-site at the SEC in Washington DC (next to Union Station)
