Support Customers Systems Engineering team with the following
* Provide assistance with ESXi server upgrades to versions 6.0 and 6.5 * Estimating (~55) systems remaining to be upgraded * Upgrade Components (vDS, LUNs, etc) * AD Integration * Upgrade 6.5 - 6.7 * Deploy new vRA staging environment and upgrade virtual infrastructure from 6.5 to 6.7 * vRO upgrade / migration
* Upgrade NSX managers and components from 6.3 to 6.4 * Upgrade vRealize Log Insight from 4.5 to 4.7 * Upgrade vRealize Operations Manager from 6.6/7 to 7.5 * Provision dashboard and reports requested by the customer team
* Deploy Site Recovery Manager version 8.1 at 2 MetroTech and Piscataway. Deployment based on using vSphere replication technology * Provide assistance with vRealize Automation service offerings, automation and performance enhancements (Dev, Staging and PRD). Create, manage and configure new * Tenants (or agencies) * Approval policies and entitlements * Users and groups within the tenant * Business groups within the tenant * Service catalog items * Global blueprints (shared)
* Continue enablement with Customer's internal business partners (Operations and Engineering teams) on new VMW technologies * Support run-book development * Support transitioning day 2 operations
