In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

* Work as a Scrum Master in a SAFe - hybrid scrum/traditional SDLC environment


* Experience with projects involving enterprise-wide application suites and multiple business functions.


* Knowledge and practice of traditional scrum ceremonies and help teams adhere to defined goals of each event.


* Prioritize backlog items driven by date relationships, deadlines & regulatory requirements and business driven value added features


* Help ensure effective completion of prioritized backlog and support Product Owner in backlog management.


* Clearly define and articulate project risk items to client


* Work with testing resources to help ensure full coverage testing needs: including configuration, development and methodology to project standards.

Promote teamwork and culture of accountability.


* Lead by example and be a team player


* Manage multiple medium to large-sized projects or a single highly complex project


* Interactive extensively with senior leadership within the customer


* Determine and coordinate the sharing of leveraged resources among projects


* Provide project and/or product deliverables including kickoff presentations, project plans, status reports, budget burn reports, and deployment plans.


* Help prepare and report progress metrics and performance to leadership and stakeholders.


* Help remove or mitigate impediments to team progress.


* Define and implement project and program management standards and processes within NTT DATA and across client engagements


* Identify opportunities and make recommendations for project management process improvements



The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in the healthcare insurance industry


* Scrum Master Certification


* SAFe certification
* Advanced understanding of IT Project Management principles and techniques


* Demonstrated advanced proficiency in the specific tools that are available and required as part of the company's project management information system.


* Advanced ability to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans.


* Familiarity with system life cycle processes from ideation through delivery.


* Ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple business units engaged in the delivery of scope and effort.



Additional value added capabilities include:

* Experience working in an extremely fast paced environment


* PMP certification preferred but not required
