We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Lead to join our talented team in our Raleigh, NC offices.

As we embark upon the next stage in our journey, we're looking for an outstanding Scrum Master/Agile Lead to help us transform our approach to delivery.

What you'll be doing every day

* Acting as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks.
* Ensuring that scope, business value, stakeholders, cost, estimated timelines, risks and constraints are understood by delivery team
* Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring the Definition of Done is being adhered to.
* Anticipating and identifying issues and providing recommendations to address roadblocks and areas of opportunity.
* Facilitating the identification of areas of risk and develop appropriate mitigation strategies and escalation paths as appropriate.
* Ensuring that progress updates and milestones are documented and presented transparently and in a timely manner to appropriate organization leaders.
* Removing team level impediments and clearing the path for effective delivery of value to customers; escalating when appropriate.
* Guiding the teams to self-organize and to deliver consistently with measurable process improvements.
* Being a positive influencer by supporting and facilitating change management.
