Job Description:

THE POSITION

Cylance is seeking a Scrum Master familiar with Agile and Traditional methodologies as well as Business Process Improvement. They will play a key role in guiding the product team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices to meet the ever-increasing expectations of a growing organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams - own and facilitate their Agile ceremonies using best practices and flexibility to suit their way of working, while coaxing them toward greater efficiency
* Act as Program Manager for a program area of teams, executing on processes, identifying opportunities, implementing changes, and communicating them to ensure strong communication
* Drive toward continuous improvement through analyzing data and inspect & adapt practices
* Help be an agent of change as we strengthen our Agile muscles across the organization
* Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
* Guiding and Coaching both the Scrum Team and the Development team on how to get the most out of self-organization.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years of job related experience with strong knowledge of business systems management
* Certified or in process of obtaining PMP, CSM or PMP-ACP certifications
* Guiding and leading teams using Agile/Scrum practices
* Understanding where (and how) to fit Agile within Traditional project management and vice versa
* Advanced knowledge of project/sprint planning tools/methodologies
